Fusi Advisory Group offers procurement, supply chain, and operations advisory to small and medium-sized businesses in Canada and the United States. Our Canadian-based practice works remotely, with a focus on practical, data-driven recommendations and a long-term vision to grow into a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
How an engagement runs

Conversation
We start by understanding the constraint: cost, a supplier, a process, or the simple fact that nobody has looked at the whole operation.

Proposal
You receive a written scope and a fee. Indicative rates on this site are not a quote. Work begins only after you accept the proposal.

The work
Interviews, the records you already keep, and analysis sized to the question. Where the data is missing, the gap is named.

A written record
Briefings, comparisons, registers, or process maps. The point is that the team can use the work after the engagement ends.
Founder
Ogooluwa Olafusi
Ogo Olafusi
Ogooluwa (Ogo) Olafusi is the founder of Fusi Advisory Group.
He holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, an MSc in Supply Chain Management from the University of Hull, and a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Durham College. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
His SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designation is in progress, with completion expected in June 2028.
His experience is in strategic sourcing and procurement, including supplier negotiations, sourcing projects, cost reduction, and contracts. That work includes prior roles at Canadian Tire, IPEX, and Global Mechanical.
He works with Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel VBA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba.
